This is the annual A4A Passenger Services publication of industry wide standards for Reservations, Ticketing, Baggage and Self-Service procedures, which have been developed in close coordination with IATA, IATA Member Airlines, ACI and industry partners. The standards, which primarily mirror IATA standards, are specific to interline operations in the A4A environment and differ from IATA standards when necessary. This series is comprised of the following:
